Yes. Recommendations are based on your experience, goals, target roles, industry, and employment market. We may ask you to complete a short questionnaire or provide your résumé before the session so that your coach can prepare properly.

Sessions are held online through Zoom/Google Meet/Microsoft Teams. You will receive the meeting link and preparation instructions after your booking is confirmed. We support clients across different locations and time zones.

No ethical career coach can guarantee a job offer, interview, promotion, or specific salary outcome. Hiring decisions remain with employers. Our role is to strengthen your strategy, presentation, confidence, and preparation so that you can approach opportunities more effectively.

No. Career coaching helps you develop your career strategy and job-search skills. It does not automatically place you into a role or give you preferential access to vacancies. If recruitment or candidate representation is included, this will be explained separately and in writing.

Yes. Your personal information and documents are treated confidentially and used only to provide the requested service, except where disclosure is required by law. I am based in Australia and support clients both within Australia and internationally. As recruitment practices and employment markets can differ between countries, the guidance provided will be tailored where possible to your target location and circumstances.

All session times are based on my availability in Australia. The applicable Australian time zone will be clearly stated when your session is arranged, so please check the time-zone difference before confirming your booking, otherwise just choose the date what you can find in the booking page and email me for a special note to allocate a time that accommodate yours.
